Sluggish starting and Strong gas smell S80 1999

I am experiencing sluggish starting on the S80 T6. I have to turn it over twice to start. My dealer can't seem to find the problem as the computer says everything is ok. Also smell gas all the time outside of car and sometimes inside as well seems to be coming through a/c. Has anyone else experienced the same?
