Brake Light Failure 850

All of my brake lights in my WGN are not working and neither is the failure indicator. I have replaced both lights and the tailight was replaced about a year ago, the fuse is good...I have seen from other boards this could be the relay. Any diagrams up on the web? Is this fairly easy for a rookie?
