abs codes how to pull

have the abs and tracs light, haynes states it should be accessable on my 96 though OBD. I have alexpeppers obd-2.com scan tool, under codes next to "current codes" it shows 0 and then next to that "1 new" but then shows p0000 no codes, and it also says "no response for history". Not sure what to do

went to autozone no luck there, guy tried but no codes. Really polite and nice about it though.

anyone pull ABS codes with alexpeppers tool? If so can you post your config settings in the gateway (from all 3 tabs)


i have a fast tricom model, tried a lot of differnt options, kinda frusterated.

also i recall some open source stuff for scanning, is there anytihng that works with alexpeppers tool?
