Higher mileage V70s V70-XC70 2001

Hello all

I live in the UK where new model V70s drop in value very sharply at the moment, so I was thinking of buying one. The warranty runs out at 60,000 miles so as a result there are a lot with 59,000 for sale. Would you lot advise buying one of these? I will probably go for 2001 SE or S.
