Brakes Clunking 850

I have a strange brake issue. When I brake, there is a severe pulsation - once per wheel revolution - and an audiblue clunk if the windows are open. I suspect that it has something to do with the e-brake, but I'm not sure. The car sat with the e-brake on for about two months, and has been doing this ever since.

I pulled the rear wheels, and didn't see anything obvious. I guess I'll dig into the e-brake shoes next.

Any thoughts?
