loose wire on 97 glt wagon 850 1997

i recently found a loose wire hanging from the bootom of my car. i do not know what is goes to but i did write down the part numbers. it seems that the wire and what it is supposed to be connected to is hanging. The connector attached to the wires is blue. That connector has the numbers STD 7614.31 the part it is connected to has the volvo part # 1347010.1. Can anyone tell me what this wire is supposed to be attached to. Thanks for your help.
