Rear Brakes V70-XC70

2000 V70 5 cyl 2.5L wagon with STC/Trac Control. Need to replace rear brakes and disks. Can anyone give me a blow by blow description of a rear brake change for this car? Assume I don't need to deal with the emergency brake shoes etc.
