'98 T5 -> radio loses mind when hit bumps S70 1998

When i hit a big bump, my radio will start cycling through all stations. Pressing any button doesn't fix the problem... Have to turn off, wait a bit, then turn it back on and all is well. Any idea is this loose external connection or something inside the radio itself?
