S80 no spark & no fuel upon starting sometimes. S80

My S80 T6 that had the rebuilt transmission not by volvo and developed problems in starting.
No one has been able to figure out what is wrong. They do know that sometimes there is no spark & no fuel when starting. My car has been in the shop over 1 month. Despair! Sandy
