stuck valves in engine S70

Hi, I my 1998 glt has stuck valves as evidenced by clicking noise in the engine and corrobrated by mechanic friend. Are there any technical bulletins from volvo detailign this problem by volvo incorporated? Appreciate any info. Bough car used, 40k miles, certified warranty acitvated after 50k came up. Would valve work be covered? How much does valve work typically cost? Opins?
