1994 850 stops running 850

I have searched the archives on this problem and have found the same question but not an answer. I have a 1994 850. It stops running occasionally without running. This has only happened during slow speed driving or idling in traffic. Never has happened during freeway driving. Without warning, not a sputter or jerk the engine just stops. Generally it will start after it sits for a minute and it seems to be just fine. I have had the car in the shop beofre and this time for a week. Nothing can ever be found and like one post said, "They have to witness it happening". I am at my wits end with this problem. It is very unsafe and I could be hit pulling out in traffic. Anyone have any answers on this?
