Turbo Gauge not acting properly..is this normal ? 850 1995

I noticed on my 95 850 turbo that the turbo gauge is not coming down after i get the boost..not sure if this normal..but i was sure that the turbo would kick in when i accelerate and then the Turbo gauge would come down again..now the gauge stays on the high end (right side) untill I release the gas..i am not getting the full boost as I usually used to get..the car about 97000 miles..

Is this a problem with turbo or something else..or i am making something of nothing..


any ideas would be helpful
