click click click noise when applying brakes now getting a rumble noise S70 1999

not too long ago i began hearing a clicking noise during braking. did not always hear clicking it was hit or miss. now i'm hearing a rumble noise like the noise you hear when you drive over the rumble strips on the highway or the stop light warning strips. this noise is constant don't really hear it at low speeds. i would say around 35-50 mph it gets louder and when i start braking i can hear the rumble decrease as my speed decreases. HELP, NOISE IS DRIVIN ME CRAZY!!!!!!!
