V70 door panels material bubbles up... V70-XC70

Hi folks!

I've recently noticed that on two of the door panels in my V70 finishing material (vinyl-like covering) is bubbling up. Is this typical of these cars? Is there a way to fix it without reupholstering the door panels or installing new ones? Sure looks bad... Thanks for the info everyone!
