How to disassemble the driver seat belt buckle thingee? V70-XC70 1998

My wife has accidently spilled V-8 juice and milk lately into the receptacle for the drivers seat belt. The belt is now a little difficult sometimes to come out. How can I take off the plastic cover so I can properly clean up her spills?
