sudden stalling solutions?? 850 1993

My 93 850 glt w/87k on it has a sudden stalling problem.

to date I have changed the following parts as a part of
a tune up and to solve this problem.
plugs
wires
cap/rot
fuel filter
air filter
clean flame trap
clean trottle body
fuel injector cleaner
checked all vacume lines

I have a fuel pump relay on its way
any other parts I should look at or consider replacing
due to the age of the car.

also can I clean my maf sensor?? the little chip?

I am tring to fix this my self
