For the price paid on the S 60 I have been a very unhappy with the dealers maintenance and the Volvo Customer Care Center. After a leaky radiator hose that had to be fixed and them forgetting to order the part, I had to go back again to get the cruise control fixed that the mechanic left apart during the radiator fix. Now the air damn?, a piece of heavy plastic underneath behind a metal bar, has broke apart. Normal wear and tear they tell me. Probably something the mechanic took off to fix the radiator hose? Hmm. Also a cover where the foglights would go fell off and had to be ordered. What a shame Volvo doesn't take care of their customers. It will be my last Volvo. And to think that my Ford F 150 never had one problem in 6 years. Ford owns Volvo? What is wrong with this picture? Who woulda thunk?
