Rouge idle during morning start S70

Hello All.

I have a 98 S70 Non Turbo 99K, and recently got a tune up done.

However, even prior to my tune up, if i was to start my car in the morning after a parking it at night it would start up no problem WITHOUT any rough idle.

BUT

If i was to start the car move it in our out the garage (have it running for a couple of seconds) without fail the following morning the car would start and idle ROUGH for a couple of minutes.

It does this without fail. I thought the tune up would fix this but no luck.

Any suggestions?????
