tricky tune up, mileage decrease 850

1995 850 turbo wagon 97,000 miles
I was hoping for an increase, not a decrease in mileage. I ordered from the partsbin.com and installed Bosch cap, rotor, plugs and wires. Engine sounds fine, power is there but mileage is down 3 mpg. What would you check first? Try different plugs? Do O2 sensors go bad or give bad performance without triggering a check engine light?
