HOW TO STOP FUEL & SPARK TO ENGINE!!! 850

is there any way of stopping the engine getting any fuel and spark during starting???

can it be done from inside the car with maybe a switch???

i need to do it so the car cranks a little bit longer so that oil pressure builds up and stops the awful tappet noise!!!

any ideas, cheers
