rpm variations 850 1994

hi guys
when i cruise on the highway my rpm goes up and down by itself, about 100rpm to 200rpm , and its worst if accelerate slowly , even if neutral and keep the rpm at 2000 i can hear the engine goes up and down a little bit , hope someone can give me some clues
