purchase advice needed on 96 GLT wagon 5sp 850

I'm considering purchase of 96 GLT 5sp wagon w 79k. Drove car,put on lift & inspected. It's dry around rear seal & looks good overall. Service records show faithfull maint., timing
belt changed at 73k, dealer went through car upon trade& replaced pads, rotors, tierod/control arms, and tires. Dealer wants all the money ($10.9) so my concern is ? are the
yearly maint. costs & what big ticket items typically need replacing for next 25-30k mi.
Thanks in advance for any advice /opinions.
