'04 V70/worth getting the 17' tires? V70-XC70

Forgive me if this has been covered before, I am new to the list. I am taking delivery of an 04 V70 2.5t in a month or so and was wondering the pros and cons of ordering the 17 inch tires versus the stock 16 inch. Worth the money? Any effect on handling? Thoughts greatly appreciated. If there is already a thread, direction to it would be great.
