1998 S70 T-5 OIL LEAK S70

I HAVE AN OIL LEAK I CAN NOT FIND. THERE'S A SLIGHT LEAK FROM WHAT LOOKS LIKE A WEEP HOLE IN NEAR THE FRONT RADIATOR, IT BLACK PLASTIC, POSSIBLY FOR COOLING OIL?? CHECKING DIP STICK SHOWS MINIMAL LOSS, BUT ITS HITTING HOT ENGINE/EXHAUST AND SMOKING. IS THERE A FLAME TRAP ON A TURBO? THANKS
