Slipping Transmission! 850

Hi

I have been driving my 93 850 auto for a while now and recently it has started slipping in the gears, just a little between shifts and it delays a bit. It used to changed gear smooth and quick.

The fluid is a little discoloured, light brown/red. What can I do to restore normal operation? It is on its way out?

The car has 130,000 miles and HAS had the fluid changed regularly.
