No turn Signals or high beams S80 1999

The turn signal lever on my '99 S80 does not work. Also there are no Messages when you turn the bezel ring that is in the same turn signal stalk. I also notice that the rotary switch (on the left of the steering wheel) that controls the headlights/parking, does nothing. This means that I also cannot use high beams. Help!
