Bad day on the highway with my 850 850 1994

I have been driving for 25 years, and would have to say that today was a very frustrating day. Problem 1. The car when at cruising speeds would at time hesitate as if the engine was not getting fuel, and then run fine for 10 miles or so, then repeat the whole process. Problem 2, the
blower fan began to emit a loud noise proceeded to blow the fuses in 1-3 and
4, and would blow out any fuses I replaced. Seems it also torched the relay switch. Then to finish off my trip the car in front of me lost his muffler, I could not avoice it, and ruined my rim and new front tire. There is a question:
Has anyone had problem one above?
Also any idea what a volvo rim would cost new,and perhaps better yet a good source for a used one?
