If you have a WarrantyGold extended warranty purchased before 6/7/2003...TOO BAD!

All of us that purchased WarrantyGold (http://www.warrantygold.com) extended warranties for our cars before 6/7/2003 are screwed. The company that actually wrote the policy has filed chapter 11 and we are all out of luck. We can file the paperwork and state we have a claim against them for refunds, etc., but reality is we will get back minimal amounts if any many many months or years from now. This company sold policies for many types of cars as well as OEM extended warranties. More than a million people are affected.

If you bought a WarrantyGold plan since 6/7/2003 your plan is still in effect...

NB: WarrantyGold is not offering any type of discount to those of us who got burnt on their last product...
