Greetings,
I posted a few days ago regarding something going horribly wrong with my '96 Turbo Wagon. Began fuel starvation at high revs; would bog terribly. Now, it's across the rev band. I did replace the fuel filter, to no avail. Although now that I think about it, I did fill up about 20 miles before this happened. Hmmmm.... water in the gas? Okay, I'll cave in & take it to get fixed.
Last night, I get in, the transmission arrow starts flashing & I'm stuck in 3rd gear. I'm assuming the PNP switch is gone, as I was having intermittent problems with my reverse lights anyway.
So now, the car runs like crap AND I'm stuck in 3rd gear. The mechanic is going to buy a boat when he gets done with me. I was going to order the PNP switch & replace it myself, but now I just don't have the time.
Help; I need support, fellow bricksters! I love the wagon (it's my 2nd one) But between the broken cupholders, broken seat heaters, broken mirror heater (mostly recent, haven't fixed yet), soon-to-be-broken heater fan, recent O2 sensor, broken headlight wiper, and now this. I feel Honda/Acura reaching out for me, although I've been denying it . . .
Anyway, anybody know of a good Indy around Cincy, or better yet, east of Cincy? As always, thanks in advance.
