DTC P0740 transmission circuit, BAD PNP???? 850

Hello All,

has anyone else had this trouble code, and did you replace the PNP or was it something else?

I just cleared the P0740 code from my car and the code refers to a "transmisson Circuit". Is this my PNP Switch going bad. I have the flashing arrow and CEL but the car runs great in shifts in all gears. i have tried the PNP switch cleaning, but this same code keeps returning.
