I've been doing some research on upgrading my car ('03 s40) on the web and just from a 'web' point of view... the company IPD (http://www.ipdusa.com/) had the most user-friendly web site (which is important to me, i too work in technology).

Other sites didn't have much for my car or not enough information. I do have a very reputable speed-shop near my home where I've had custom work done on my old car, but if I could get the major parts not through them, would save some money. So, from what I stated about the website, and I even called IPD to inquire about a part and the person on the other end was very friendly, but I want to make the best decision.

I don't want to be biased or miss out on any reputable vendors because of my experience with a web site, but it's all I can go by for now.

Anyone have any comments/complaints/compliments with dealing with them or other companies? Anyone suggest other shops and thier positive/negative experiences?
