Check Engine Light 850

I have an 850 turbo that has a constant reoccuring check engine light. It has a code of 3-1-5 from the A-2 position on the module. I'm told from the local dealer that it is caused by a problem in the EVAP (emissions system). Has anyone had this problem or any ideas on how to fix it?
