Changing tire sizes for V70XC V70-XC70 2000

I have the chance to buy a set of barely used snow tires, wheels, and volvo caps relatively cheap from a friend who sold his S80. The problem is, I'm looking for snows for my Mom's '00 V70XCSE. Do you think these snows would be okay on her V70? Her OEM Michelin Energys are size 205-65-15 whereas the S80 snows are size 215-55-16. I just don't know that much about tire sizing.
