850 vs. V70 Seats

I have a 93 940 - great seats!!
My wife has a 2000 V70 - seats are great by any standard, but not as comfy as my 940.

Are the 850 seats closer to the 940 or V70?

Thanks. Important consideration when you spend 30K+ per year in the seats.
