'performance kit upgrade' what do you guys think of this jargon?

check out this link the "performance module" as they call it does as following (direct quote from e.mail)

"THIS COMES WITH A POWER PLUS PERFORMACE MODULE.THIS
MOD ENRICHES THE FUEL SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
ENGINE RPM AND THE OUTSIDE TEMP. YES THIS PRODUCT WILL
WORK WITH TURBO AND NON TURBO."

I've been looking for upgrades for my N/A this is the only thing i've stumbled on but sounds like a load of BS to me, what doy you all think?
