Does anyone know how to remove the front seat or rear carpet? 850

I had a leak in my 850 volvo and now I need to dry the rear carpet out including the sponge layer under the carpet. They want $500 to do this work. I am halfway there but don't know how to unclip the carpet under the rear seat. How can I remove the back seat? The other choice is to remove the passenger side front seat to untrap the carpet but I'm a little afraid because it might all be spring loaded and I won't be able to get it back together.
