Service light comes back on when braking 850 1995

The service light comes back on when braking, as the gas guage and water guage drop to zero at the same time. When accelerating, guages go back up, the service light comes on, stays on for the alloted time, goes out, and comes back on when braking. Also, can not turn the service light off thru the computer module routine.
