gizmo to plug into 12 volt accessory outlet......and cargo cover... V70-XC70 2001

2 questions.....going camping....need to what's the name of the gizmo that I can plug into the 12volt outlet..(looks like the cigarette outlet plug) so I can use my blender for margaritas and 2nd question...who has the best cargo cover for a v70 2001 ? thanks...ohdaddee
