How to change Tranny fluid in Sealed Transmissions V70-XC70

I'm old fashioned in that I believe in changing tranny fluid frequently. How in the heck can I change tranmission fluid in "sealed" transmissions, those gizmos that Volvo designed so that the tranny goes out at 100k miles, like the Ford Taurus.
