what's the difference between first gen V70 AWD turbo and V70 turbo? V70-XC70

I know the V70 AWD XC looks beefier and has a different grille. is this the same for the V70 AWD turbo as well? based on my internet picture search, it looks like the 1998-1999 V70 base and GLT, V70 turbo, and V70 AWD turbo all have the same body design. is my observation correct? I'm interested in buying a first-generation V70, and I just want to get the different models cleared up. I'm interested in the turbo model. is there any body differences in the turbo that distincts it from the non-turbo. same question for the AWD turbo.

while I'm here, has the 1998-99 V70 improved significantly over the 855 in regards to maintenance, quality, and reliability? thanks.
