Leaking Oil 850

I'm leaking about an ounce of oil per day after I shut the car off in the garage - ie the next morning I find the puddle. Just two weeks ago, I had the mass air flow sensor replaced, and immediately after that, within a couple days, I noticed this oil leak. Do you think its erroneous? Serious? What could it be? I really can't afford any more repairs right now, the MAF sensor cost 220 bucks for the part, plus a 35 dollar hose and another 200 for labor on the two... I hate not being able to fix cars myself
