sound when turning 850

dear all, I have a 94' 850, when my 850 turning right, there are some terrible sound comes out from front left wheel and the sound comes out also when I drive over 70km. This problem becomes more and more serious. Is it problems on the bearing? Do I need to replace only bearing or whole set of front steering and transmission parts? Where can get it?
