Did a little maintenance this weekend and now the car won't start! I removed the air filter box to replace a hold down stud and had to horse the box and the AMM connections around a bit to get everything in. I think I may have stressed the HT coil wire a bit because now I can't get the car to start. Are Standard volvo coil wires steel or carbon? Everything cranks fine, lot's of fuel smell but not go. Anyone know how to test the coil wire for breaks? Other than continuity, how many ohms should I read? I also replaced the console shift indicator light this weekend and tried to be as gentle as I could and not reef on wires and connections, I don't think that I unplugged anything vital. I'm not getting a steady light on the WES switch, but I don't remember if that comes on until after the engine is running. Switch seems Ok, doesn't seem like that would keep it from starting. I had the battery disconnected so I didn't fry anything. Seems like it must be something simple. Any Ideas?
