Help! Blower motor wont shut off.. 850

i have a 94 855, today my blower motor stopped working, and flashed coded 411, so i figure it could be the blower. i removed the blower to inspect it, and when I plugged it back in, all of a sudden it kicked on, and then the fuse under the dash blew out the max blower fuse. now, the damn thing will get power regardless of whether i have the key in or not, the blower fan will run constantly at max speed whenver i plug the motor in.

any thoughts? could it I some how twisted the plug when removing the motor and something in it became loose causing hte plug to give hte motor power all the time? or could it be the max fan relay? but this sitll occured even after I removed the max fan relay. any thoughts?
