Dark red oil in the antifreeze reservoir '92. 740 turbo 1992

aprox. 3 weeks ago saw a 1 inch layer of dark red oil in the antifreeze reservoir...
Anybody knows what's that? What I have to do? How much can that cost me? Is it dangerous or harmful to drive like that?
