Child booster seat locked 850

I purchased a 850 two years ago second hand. I recently tried to open the child booster seat in the middle, but it seems it is locked and it cannot be opened. I could see an instruction that says the link may get locked if you close it without tieing it with the strap. I assume this is the case. Then, how can I unlock it?
