What do I need to clean and overhaul my starter? 850

After spending a lovely evening combing through several years' worth of brickboard archives, I've determined that I need to remove my starter and clean and lube the starter motor and solenoid. Here are my questions:

What type of cleaners and lubricants should I use? Is there a difference between dielectric grease and lithium grease? Where's a good online source for these?

Should I plan on replacing the brushes? If so, where can I get them?

Any other advice?
