98 S70 timing belt S70 1998

Hi All
I am planning to replace the timing & serpentine belts on my 98 s70 ser.#1428201 date built 7/98.I'm assuming I have the mechanical tensioner.As this is my only car I need to get all the parts together to complete the job.
I went to many web sites to try and find everything and came up with more questions.


#1 with the mechanical tensioner is there an idler pulley AND a tensioner pulley?,and are there any special adjustment procedures?
#2 which sites have the best parts (a bad timing belt would ruin my day & wallet!)

I have been a mechanic on construction equipment for many years so I have all the tools and (I think) the knowhow to do the job.I just need to make sure I have all the parts and everything else to finish the job.
