88 Volvo DL Rear Camshaft Seal-Oil Leak

What is the best way to replace the rear camshaft seal of an 88 Volvo 240 DL? Does the head have to be removed? What special tools might be needed? Step by Step instructions appreciated. It will be my first time doing this job on this car. An oil leak appears to be coming from the rear camshaft seal. What problems might I encounter? Appreciate all info. Jett.
