A/C fan on high S60 2001

I have a 2001 S60 T5. The A/C fan stay on high during a cold start for more than couple minutes. It happened during cold weather. I took it to the dealer and they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Couple months later, I notice the fan stay on high when I restart the engine after a long drive. It definitely behaves differently than when I first bought it at 7 mile. I am planning to take it back to the dealer again. Does anyone have the similar problem? Thanks.
